This Is Your Life explores the highs and lows of life, encouraging individuality, presence, and valuing experiences over possessions. Inspired by the Holstee Manifesto, the project translates these ideas into two posters.The first poster directly interprets the manifesto using a structured grid, with red and black tones highlighting contrast and key phrases to reflect life’s intensity and divisions.

 

The second, designed for a self-help seminar, uses a softer pink palette to convey warmth and optimism while maintaining the same grid system for consistency.Both posters emphasize the word “life” through variation in scale and typography, using layout and color to communicate different emotional tones within a unified visual language.
