THIS IS YOUR LIFE depicts the ups and downs of life, how life should be lived on your own terms, to appreciate the little things, to stop overthinking and start doing, to value people and experiences over possessions, and to let go of what doesn't matter.
Derived from the Holstee Manifesto, created by Fabian Pfortmüller, Michael Radparvar, and Dave Radparvar, this manifesto poster inspires many business and tech companies, including Google, Airbnb, Threadless, Zappos, TED, and many others.
The first poster is based on the manifesto, while the second poster is for a self-help seminar that includes TED talks and sessions to overcome the extremes of life.

Both use a complex grid system, similar color tones, and a focus on the word life. The variation in lettering and type size reflects life’s structure, and the color difference in both posters elaborates on the meaning and message the poster conveys.

The first poster uses red and black tones to reflect life’s contrasts and challenges. Varying type sizes emphasize lines like “Life is Short” and “This is Your Life,” while red lines symbolize divisions that ultimately connect.

The second poster uses a pink background to convey hope and warmth, reflecting the uplifting theme of the self-help seminar. It features light colors, key event details, and maintains consistency through the same grid layout.
